In 2002, Vanida gave her stage debut with the annual Karl-May-Festival in Bad Segeberg.

Shortly thereafter, the ZDF (German Public TV-Broadcaster) signed her for a popular weekly series.

Since then Vanida has been performing on stage as well as in front of the camera for a variety of formats, including prize-winning theater, television and feature film productions.

Today, whenever she finds the time, she is engaged on the "Stage for Human Rights".
